Here in the West the formations of the land are easily visible. Each layer is evident in the twisting and turning of the geologic processes.
The layers of influence and history in Utah Studio Pottery are not as easy to find.
Red Kiln Pottery will host an exhibition focused on local potters and bring the foundational, “Formational” influences of our Studio potters to light, exposing some of the STRATA of influence in Utah Pottery.
